ABOUT THIS CLASS
An aerial fitness class, featuring anti-gravity workouts, combines strength training and suspension exercises using aerial hammocks. Participants engage in dynamic movements, utilising their own body weight for resistance, enhancing core stability and glute strength, flexibility, and overall strength in a unique and challenging environment.
CLASS SCHEDULE
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or transfers must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Classes cannot be rolled over to another package once the date has expired. Package purchases are non-refundable unless a medical certificate is supplied.
